Hong Kong Radio (in Chinese) at 19.20 hrs on 31.56 metres:
Amusement parks in Hong Kong will be closed because they are doing more harm than good. Mahjong is only to be permitted at home and not in public places, and not after 23.00 hrs local time. The police warn the public that there is an order against unlicensed prostitution.
